Launch a new and appropriate identity to increase the number of colleagues (drivers) and professional clients
The brand name was changed from 4818 to Barsan 4818, and a suitable visual identity, including logo, organizational color, driver’s clothing, van board, letterhead, etc., was designed for the brand in this regard.
In the following, activities were carried out for the target audience of commercial and market areas. Also, programs to strengthen the communication of drivers were developed.
Increase the loyalty rate to 2x and add professional colleagues to collect 3x the acceptance rate.
