Designing mental identity and visual identity for chain hotels with an international brand.
Accor and Novotel brands were forced to remove their brands from airport hotels due to sanctions. It was necessary to design a suitable brand for this complex in the stature of global hotels as soon as possible.
With the research on the target audience, it was determined that the hotel hotels have specific characteristics in terms of behavior and provide more reliable and desirable hotels for Iranian travelers and residential areas.
For this reason, the code of conduct for hotel employees and services was designed and launched to the hotel. Also, in terms of visual identity, the research showed that the presence of the letters R and X in the hotel’s name gives the audience more favor. For this reason, with the Fabricated naming method, this brand was named Rexan, and based on the mental identity, the brand identity guideline was designed.
