Brand Challenge
The Barsam Pishro brand, under the trade name Barsam Polymer, entered the market in 2016 in the field of providing anti-wear products and services, especially for the polyurethane industry. Given the size of the target market and the wide range of target audiences, the main challenges of the brand were identified as the lack of sales and marketing strategies appropriate to each segment of the market and providing appropriate services to the brand’s audiences, and the lack of an integrated visual identity.
Experience
THE Branding Agency’s research Based on the brand research conducted by THE Branding Agency on managers, internal employees, various groups of brand audiences and customers, it was determined that, given the volume of expectations and requests of customers and target audiences, there should be specific work processes in the organization and, initially, the necessary infrastructure should be designed and, after the processes are in place, they should be provided to the audience and customers in the form of a new identity, routine products, personalized products, and technical and engineering consulting services. Also, in line with the designed personality, efforts should be made to build a specialist and skilled identity while utilizing up-to-date industry knowledge.
Brand Visual Solutions
With the change in Barsam Polymer’s brand strategy and its transformation into Barsam Pishro to create more sub-brands in the future, Barsam’s design also had to change to reflect the new structure.
The previous Barsam Polymer logo was designed based on the chemical structure of the polymer and a hexagonal form with linear links. Given the need to maintain the structure of the previous logo, the overall hexagonal form of the logo was maintained and the concept of being a pioneer was created by creating upward arrow-like forms.
In this regard, a new pattern was designed based on the new logo and the basic items and various brand touch points such as exhibition, packaging, advertising structure, etc. were also designed.
