The Teacup brand was a startup that wanted to provide an online urban transportation service to passengers. In order to successfully participate in a highly competitive market with competitors such as Snap and Tapsi, this new brand had to offer passengers a special and unique competitive advantage. Therefore, the main challenge of this brand was to find the right market segment and design a special service that was in demand in the market and that could be implemented by the startup.

The results of research conducted by the branding agency The showed that the audience was looking for specific services such as customization of the trip in terms of car selection and price. This feature could be designed so specifically that it would attract the audience. In fact, customized services by passengers in urban transportation were a gap in the market that was not being met by competitors. Accordingly, the Teacup brand application was designed in such a way that the passenger and the driver participated in creating the product; That is, they can suggest the price and route and choose their ideal conditions.
Brand Visual Solutions
In designing various advertising and communication items for the Teacup brand, various designs were formed using the T-shape in the Teacup logo and the lines between the roads. Developing the UI of the Teacup application, designing Teacup introduction billboards, designing various brand advertising items, the website homepage, etc. were among the most important items that were designed and developed in the visual identity booklet of this brand.
